Is the last photo also in the Mid Town Garden? In Japan is it customary to have Xmas lights in one color? I don't see many pictures with many colored lights, I usually see white or blue lights.
The Last shot was taken in Mid Town Garden too. It's called "The Star Light Garden."
It's true that the colors of illumination in Japan are basically white or blue. I don't know why red or yellow can't be used as a illumination color. It's conundrum.
